Seeds of Serenity Wellness Program, offered by Seeds of Life Ministries, Inc in Middle Georgia, is a 14-week transformative initiative designed to nurture mental well-being through the harmonious integration of mindful meditation, yoga, and journaling. Rooted in the belief that mental health is essential to overall wellness, this program seeks to empower individuals on their journey to inner peace, emotional balance, and self-discovery.
